Pastry Prep

Lavande is a Parisienne styled Patisserie seeking a qualified pastry prep individual with the following qualifications. Rate begins at $10/hr, based on experience. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Pastry Arts or at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • U.S Citizenship or Valid Visa Status Required
  • Ability to prep & execute recipes accordingly, including scaling, storing. 
  • Handle early morning production hours, have proper transportation
  • Handle inventory, restocking & ordering.

Line Cook

Lavande is seeking an individual to handle the savory items on the menu. Such an individual would be experienced, expedient & clean.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Culinary Arts or at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • U.S Citizenship or Valid Visa Status Required
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, handle restocking, ordering & inventory
  • Ability to expedite 10+ tickets, multiple orders accordingly
  • Ability to prep ahead of all necessary mis en place.
